On 6th June 2008 while celebrating 60 Years of University Education in Nigeria at the Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan, Dr Makanjuola Akindele Owolabi, FWACP, was one of the two Nigerians who received the Conferment of the prestigious DISTINGUISHED ALUMNUS (DA) AWARD OF UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN with all rights, honours and privileges attached to it.
